• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license will need to be obtained if one is not active.
• Experience with commercial insurance in an agency

• Complete certificate of insurance requests.
• Handle customers commercial renewals.
• Quoting customer renewals and handle new policy requests.
• Input and follow up of claims.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
