We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce them to our services, gather personal information and schedule appointments for consultations with our insurance advisors.

Salary Range: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

• P&C Licensed in Kansas is a BONUS! Compensation is negotiable if Licensed for Insurance sales in Kansas
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone
• Excellent phone etiquette and be able to multitask multiple screens at once.
• Call center experience is beneficial.
• Customer service background is beneficial.
• Bilingual is beneficial
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Must be skilled at typing (30+ wpm)
• Must be detailed oriented!
• Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Will be sent an online Assessment that needs to be completed to be considered.

Your job duties will include…

• Taking in-bound lead calls to quote for insurance
• Making Out-bound lead calls to potential clients
• Gathering personal information and entering data regarding their home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business to build a quote.
