We are growing agency, award-winning insurance agency in need of a Sales Professional (we call them Agency Producers). As an Agency Producer, you will perform outside sales activities to generate appointments, market a wide array of insurance products and services (Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Specialty, Medicare & Investments), and most importantly, sell. When available, you'll receive inbound sales-qualified leads (we will provide internet and digital leads for the right candidate). You can also cross-sell our existing book of business.
The Tony Bui Ins Agency sells Farmers Insurance products. When Farmers declines the risk, our agency can broker the business, giving us multiple opportunities to close the deal. Great earnings with future long-term career advancement available. Potential to enter our prestigious Protege Agent Sales Program (own an agency in the
future).
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Kansas Property & Casualty license required; Kanas Life & Health Insurance license must be obtained within 6 months of hire - in addition to passing a background check.
You must have your own reliable vehicle since you will occasionally work out of the office.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance or financial service industry preferred, not required)
Minimum education: High School Grad (College degree preferred, not required)
Be a confident self-starter with a sense of urgency who can work independently as well as with other salespeople.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn our business model, be intuitive, resourceful, and most importantly, be coachable.
Have positive attitude, Disciplined, Strong Organizational Skills.
Meet and exceed new business sales goals, including minimum daily activity metrics.
Seek out new business opportunities by pursuing leads generated from warm-calling, cross-selling existing businesses, door-knocking, referrals, networking, and social media marketing.
Quoting prospects, making sales presentations, and binding policies using a combination of phone, text, and email communication.
Track and manage all sales activity in our CRM software (AgencyZoom)
