Previous sales experience with a proven track record of closing business.

Professional phone etiquette.

Career minded vision.

Must be able & willing to earn a Property & Casualty License and Life License in 30 days.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including Life Insurance.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.
