• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, customer-facing experience, or business development experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing sales
• Ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through

• Professional phone etiquette and confidence speaking with prospective clients
• Coachable with a willingness to learn sales systems, scripts, and insurance products

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM and quoting systems
• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing to obtain or already possess applicable insurance licensing
Develop insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close new business sales
• Generate insurance quotes and follow up with prospects in a timely manner
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, lead databases, and outbound calling
• Build rapport quickly and earn client trust while guiding prospects through the sales process
• Identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions to protect what matters most
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Stay organized and manage daily activity in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Collaborate with team members during regular meetings, training, and strategy sessions
• Represent the agency with professionalism, positivity, and a customer-first mindset
