Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone for multiple hours each day

• Must be willing to follow up with leads consistently until a decision is made

• Must be willing to be held accountable to daily activity and monthly production goals

• Must be coachable and open to direct feedback on performance

• Must be comfortable working in a performance based role where income is tied to results

• Must be able to manage multiple clients, follow ups, and tasks in a fast paced environment

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone for multiple hours each day

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly production goals

• Develop quotes, present coverage options, and close new business

• Follow up on leads from referrals, marketing, and internal sources

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

• Stay organized and consistent with follow up and pipeline activity

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a competitive environment
