We are a growing Farmers Insurance agency seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is focused on delivering a high-level client experience, supporting our sales team, and helping the agency operate efficiently. The right person will be organized, dependable, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis.

This position plays a key role in our agency’s growth by ensuring clients are taken care of and our sales team can stay focused on production.

This position is not a sales role and is focused on customer service and support.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and service needs
• Process policy changes, payments, and documentation
• Manage daily policy alerts and follow up with clients
• Scan and organize documents after policies are issued
• Follow up with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Request reviews from satisfied clients
• Schedule annual policy reviews for existing clients
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage and notify the sales team
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 60 days of hire (we will assist with the process).”
