You’ll help individuals and families understand their insurance needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships within the community. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide full training and licensing support.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance options
• Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and present coverage recommendations
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Maintain strong follow-up and deliver excellent customer service
• Contribute to the agency’s growth with professionalism and consistency
