Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
What does training look like?
- We provide hands-on training where you will complete online modules, product training, engage in role plays, and have feedback/coaching one on ones to help you succeed!
What does growth look like?

Is this commission only?
- No! We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.
Will I have to purchase my own leads?
- No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople.
Should I apply if I don’t currently have an insurance license?
- Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Connect with and build relationships with current and prospective customers
- Educate people on insurance needs and products via outbound phone calls
- Reach out to insurance consumers and help inform them on available insurance options
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Training and Skill Development
- Actively engage in training sessions and workshops.
- Work closely with Mentor Agent and the District Office.
- Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and sales expertise.
- Complete online modules and hands-on training.
