Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

- Prior experience in administrative work or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
  • Process insurance policy changes and updates
  • Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer service
  • Support agency marketing initiatives and assist with client retention efforts
