High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ohio Property and Casualty License
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries.
Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications accurately.
Maintain customer records and update information in the agency management system.
Help prepare quotes and support the sales team as needed.
Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care.
In addition, you will identify coverage gaps for clients and recommend appropriate additional coverages. This is not a cold-calling role. It is proactive advising within established client relationships.
