Responsibilities

Cross Sell: Engage with clients and find additional coverages and products that suit their needs. Client Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a courteous and timely manner. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Policy Support: Provide guidance on policy coverage, premiums, and options available to clients. Workflow Coordination: Maintain organization and efficiency in processing customer requests and documents. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively assist customers. Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all customer interactions.
