We are seeking a driven Farmers Insurance Sales Representative with a proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and consistently follow through. This is a hybrid remote, commission-only role designed for a motivated producer who wants control over their income and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. You will work in a flexible, performance-based environment that rewards effort, results, and professionalism.

Requirements
  • An active insurance license is required
  • One to three years of insurance or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and success-driven mindset
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role over time
  • Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Communicate insurance solutions clearly and confidently
  • Prospect and develop opportunities within the local community and online
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
