We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Insurance Agency Director to lead sales operations and elevate our team’s performance. This full-time role offers a great base salary, based on experience, with bonuses, incentive opportunities, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The Agency Director will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at every turn. You’ll work closely with our high-achieving agent to support continued growth and uphold the high standards that have earned us national recognition. Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a sales-focused environment
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Current Missouri Property & Casualty License required
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales and support staff to achieve agency goals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and sales quality
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Coordinate training and development for new and existing staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the agent to align office operations with growth goals
