- Base salary of $36,000-$50,000 based on experience
- First year on track earning potential of $50,000-$100,000+

Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License for the state of Missouri
- Experience: Must have prior insurance experience
- Must be willing to complete a short Video Interview as part of our interview process
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities are required to effectively engage with clients
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and exceed their expectations
- Proactive: Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Team Collaboration: A willingness to work closely with team members to achieve collective goals
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using insurance CRM software and other industry-specific tools
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions, showcasing Todd Nitsche Financial Services' vast range of products.
- Engage with clients in-person at our Liberty, Missouri office, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product changes to provide the most current advice.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company goals.
- Participate in networking events and community activities to increase the visibility and reputation of Todd Nitsche Financial Services.
