Job Overview
Our office is quickly growing, and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

No prior experience is necessary
Bi-Lingual in SPANISH is a huge plus but not required.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Top notch Computer skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Not required to start, but would need to obtain property/casualty and life/health licensing
- Currently holding these licensing is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow - personally and professionally
Responsibilities
- Daily follow-ups with customers via phone, text, and email.
- Answer phones
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them in the office
- Take payments
- Execute policy changes
- Assist with claims as needed
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist with marketing and events
