Licensed Insurance Producer – Onsite Position
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team! This is an onsite position—remote work is not available. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of insurance agency experience and a proven track record in insurance sales. This role offers a clear path to agency management for top performers.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an insurance agency.
Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not mandatory.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Proactively sell and present insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
Expand business opportunities through strategic networking and outreach.
Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas to qualify for bonus incentives.
