Job Overview
Established, Top-Performing Farmers Insurance Agency looking for a full-time Licensed Customer Service Representative. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
*Must have, or be able to obtain, an active General Lines Property & Casualty license to be considered for this position* (we will cover all licensing costs)*

Property & Casualty License Required (we will help you secure this license)

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly service and coverage advice to our clients
- Perform account reviews to save clients money
- Perform lead info intake from online lead sources
- Cross-Sell appropriate line of business
- Provide Sales Support to our Sales Team
- Know all underwriting rules and abide by them
