The Todd Caviglia Allstate Agency is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA. We are looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role works with existing clients—no cold calling—focusing on policy support, cross-selling opportunities, and providing a world-class client experience.
As a Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative you will be helping our current clients with any questions or needs they have, as well as uncovering and identifying any additional needs. Duties may include answering phones, greeting clients either on the phone or in person, guiding them through the claims process, answering billing inquiries, taking payments, and advising clients on coverages.

Schedule - This is an IN OFFICE (Not Remote) position and we are looking for candidates who are willing and able to work the full time schedule listed below in our agency.
• Full-time, in office
• Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
