We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to support the agency’s growth by contributing to sales, customer service, and retention goals. This role involves generating new business, identifying cross-sell opportunities, meeting with clients (in office and off-site), and helping achieve overall profitability targets.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Solicit and write new business within the assigned specialty (Personal Lines, Life, or Commercial).
Work closely with the agent and/or operations manager to recommend appropriate coverage.
Conduct field underwriting and rating for new accounts.
Stay informed about new products, programs, and company initiatives.
Actively solicit expiration dates from new clients and prospects.
Follow up on open quotes to convert prospects into clients.
Meet production goals set by the agent or District Manager.
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and provide reports as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
