About the Associate Producer Program

Our Associate Producer Program is ideal for self-motivated individuals with entrepreneurial drive. Youll gain hands-on experience while developing the knowledge and skills to own and manage your own agency. Upon successful completion, participants may transition into a Startup or Acquisition Agency Owner opportunity.

Qualifications

Required:

• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (District support provided).

• Ability to pass a background check (credit/criminal).

Preferred:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or management.

• Existing insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance policies across multiple product lines.
• Call and follow up on leads (qualified leads provided).

• Conduct some cold calling to generate new business.

• Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.

• Develop product expertise to confidently answer client questions.

• Build strong relationships through active listening and personalized communication.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness, creativity, and goal-driven initiative in sales.

Schedule

• Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Tuesday Thursday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Weekends: Off

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $20/hour
