In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role.

Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• FL 440 or 220 insurance license a plus. However, will provide training for the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to embrace frequent changes in the industry
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Professional communication skills.

• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
• Provide support to the insurance agents and staff.
• Issue insurance documentation, update account information, post payments, address billing questions and cancellations.
• Build clientele via warm leads, networking, obtaining referrals, and maintaining retention.
• Educate, advise, and cross sell clients.
