Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Job includes answering phones, generating auto and home quotes, and mainly troubleshooting insurance problems. Once the quotes are done, they will be handed over to someone in the office to go over the quotes with the client.
Insurance experience is preferred, but administrative work, and being computer savvy is the most important.
