We’re seeking an in-office Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business, build client relationships, and deliver customized insurance solutions. This role focuses on prospecting, educating clients, and closing sales. You will have access to warm leads and a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Sales mindset with the ability to close and handle objections
  • Active listening and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Assess client needs, risks, and current coverage to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close new business
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage policy renewals and assist with coverage updates
