Base Salary Plus Commission - Entry-level candidates start with a base salary of $35,000-$45,000, plus uncapped commissions. First-year commissions average $30,000-$40,000, bringing total compensation to approximately $65,000-$85,000. 

Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $40,000-$50,000, plus uncapped commissions. Top performers typically earn around $65,000- $75,000 in commissions, bringing total compensation to approximately $105,000- 125,000. 

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Illinois insurance license or be willing to obtain it within the first few months of employment.

Experience: Background in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential and current clients, identifying their unique insurance needs.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Policy Analysis: Assess existing policies and provide advice on policy upgrades or changes to enhance client coverage.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance products and services offered by Country Financial.

Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Community Involvement: Participate in local events and initiatives to promote Country Financial services and foster community relationships.
