We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative who thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing expert support and helping them navigate a range of services, from policy updates to claims assistance. With hands-on mentorship, no micromanaging, and a strong path for growth, this is more than a job; it’s a career in the making.

  • Starting salary is $45,000 a year
  • Bonuses and commissions will bring first-year earnings to $60,000 or more.

Requirements
  • Candidate will need to obtain Property & Casualty and Life licenses before starting employment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly phone and in-person presence
  • Ability to process and explain policy information clearly and confidently
  • Experience working with computer systems; knowledge of AmFam tools is a plus
  • Sales-minded with a proactive, goal-driven attitude
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Process policy changes, payments, and billing questions
  • Assist with claims, from initial filing to issue resolution
  • Quote home, auto, umbrella, life, and commercial insurance for new and existing clients
  • Communicate with underwriting and policy services to resolve account issues
