Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

EDUCATION:
Colorado Property and Casualty OR Personal Lines Licenses - Preferred
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health) and effectively explain their features and benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations to individuals and businesses.
Quoting and Policy Application: Prepare accurate insurance quotes and assist clients in completing the application process.
Closing Sales: Effectively close sales and achieve established sales targets and goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Policy Servicing: Provide ongoing support to clients, including answering questions, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims.
Compliance and Regulations: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy information.
