Our fast-growing Allstate insurance agency is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist with inbound customer calls, service policies, and increase retention! We are the largest Allstate Insurance Agency in Arizona and currently have a team of nearly 30 Insurance Professionals.

The salary range listed below is an average, but our pay structure has no cap, and many of our team members exceed this average.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience: Prior experience in customer retention, sales, or insurance is a plus.
