Entry level Agency Producer - Looking to hire two (2) confident, out-going individuals, willing to assist clients with insurance needs. This position appreciates someone with "people skills" who can quickly develop relationships with new clients. We are looking to add two team members who value a stable and flexible work environment and can make our clients feel appreciated. You will work with our existing customers, as well as those who call, text, email or walk into our agency.  Ideal candidate will be confident, organized and career minded, value work environment, flexibility and work/personal life balance.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance license OR ability to obtain license. (Agency provides study material and expenses).
• Associate Degree in Business, Marketing or related field OR High school degree with related job experience .
• Excellent written, verbal skills and Microsoft computer skills. 

• Respond and follow up on requests for insurance quotes via email, over the phone and in person.
• Listen to customer needs and provide coverage recommendations.
• Develop relationships with Mortgage Companies, Auto, Boat and RV dealerships.
