Salary Range: $78.00 - $92,771.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • No prior insurance experience is necessary—we provide training and licensing guidance!
  • Must be goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritize effectively in an independent work environment.
  • Must meet state licensing requirements (or be willing to obtain licensure).

  1. Help individuals and businesses find tailored insurance solutions for their Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial needs.
  2. Build lasting relationships with clients, focusing on their long-term financial well-being.
  3. Develop a client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  4. Attend training and meetings to enhance your industry knowledge and skills.
