We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our experienced team. In this role, you will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll also perform client needs analysis to identify gaps in coverage and cross-sell products to fill those gaps. The position offers a year-end compensation range of $50,000 - $75,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered
  • You should have 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Preferably Allstate appointed in the last 6 months.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Great with documentation and organizational skills to keep detailed records.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Persuasive sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
  • Handle client questions and requests, resolving any issues promptly
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all clients
  • Conduct client needs analysis to uncover coverage gaps and offer solutions
  • Cross-sell products to existing clients to enhance their coverage
  • Refer clients to other parts of the organization for additional services
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
