No previous insurance experience? No problem!

If you have demonstrated success in an office role and possess exemplary customer service skills, we can provide the essential instruction and guidance needed to transition into the insurance industry successfully. Entry-level applicants will be offered a base salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year. Account managers have the ability to make first-year commissions.

Requirements
  • A Property and Casualty license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
  • Must have 2+ years of business-related experience to be considered.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, proficiently to create, edit, and maintain documents and reports.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Assess incoming tasks, requests, and inquiries to determine their level of urgency and importance, effectively managing time and resources to meet client needs.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals. 
  • Enter data accurately and keep track of records regularly to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Perform some inside sales activities for additional lines of coverage to existing clients and referrals without the need for cold calling or outbound marketing, once appropriately trained and licensed.
