Experience: Several years of experience in the insurance industry, often in sales or management roles is recommended. Experience owning or managing a business is a plus. If you have no insurance experience, it's ok, we can train you!
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing: Required insurance licenses (state-specific) for the products sold (e.g., life, property, casualty).

Agency Management:
Oversee daily operations and manage staff. Set performance goals, track progress, and motivate team members. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Build relationships with clients, identify their needs, and offer appropriate insurance products
Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive. Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities for existing clients.
Financial Management:
Manage the agency’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Set revenue targets, ensure profitability and manage payroll.
Customer Service:
Handle client inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Resolve disputes and negotiate solutions to maintain positive relationships with clients. Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
Networking and Business Development:
Build partnerships with other businesses and community organizations to increase brand visibility. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track sales performance. Use data analytics to refine marketing and sales strategies.
