Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas insurance license.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Strategy: Implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at expanding the agency's customer base and increasing sales volume.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Performance Tracking: Regularly evaluate personal sales performance against targets and look for areas of improvement.
