We are looking for a Licensed Service Professional that can assist us in our continued growth trajectory.  In this position you can expect a salary of 52k with monthly and annual commission opportunities allowing you to reach up to 65k annually. Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Allstate Experience is a MUST
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Must be well versed in eAgent and Allstate systems
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests accurately with a keen attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming claim calls from customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Document each customer interaction thoroughly in eAgent.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service. while identifying solutions that best fit the customer's needs.
