Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active PA Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: A friendly and approachable demeanor to foster positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide excellent service.

Policy Management: Assist customers with policy information, changes, and renewals.

Client Education: Educate clients on their insurance coverage and options.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
