The Document Liaison is an important member of our team as they support our motto of "fast and friendly service".   You help the agency grow in 2 ways:  client retention, and freeing up account managers to spend more time selling new policies.

Clients, lenders, and a wide range of associates need Certificates of Insurance on a regular basis to support their business activities.  

Administrative professionals encouraged to apply.

Insurance experience is a plus

Career opportunity to advance to inside sales role available.

 

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

The role of document liaison is all about retention by providing excellent service to both internal partners (agency account managers, Farmers underwriters) clients, and certificate holders.

This role requires a P&C license

Produce and deliver insurance documents in a timely manner.

Identify cross sell opportunities

Assist clients with billing matters.

Encourage clients to use technology for account management
