Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty License in Texas.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the insurance industry is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.

Problem Solver: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage diverse tasks and customer requests effectively.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in service delivery and customer information handling.

Responsibilities

Policyholder Assistance: Provide exceptional service to existing policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Insurance Consultation: Offer insightful advice and recommendations based on clients' needs and current market trends.

Communication: Maintain clear, positive, and productive communication with clients through various channels.

Account Management: Manage and update policyholder records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency’s standards.

Problem-Solving: Tackle challenging situations with a positive attitude and find effective solutions.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
