In this role, you'll develop insurance proposals, present and close sales, and build lasting relationships with clients. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a similar role
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining individual goals
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to effectively address client needs and challenges

- Client Interaction: Provide tailored insurance solutions by understanding the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Policy Management: Oversee the initiation, maintenance, and renewal of customer policies.

- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage and provide up-to-date advice.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and agency reputation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to improve service delivery and sales strategies.
