• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to analyze clients' situation and needs, and recommend the appropriate insurance solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Assist with benefits administration for clients as needed.
