We are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with knowledge-based services. Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

-Experience in insurance preferred but not required

-Ability to work 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F with a 1hr lunch break

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and patience

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required

- Fluent in English

-Computer proficiency using ADOBE, Microsoft

-Answering incoming calls

-Assisting Customers with Insurance Products Auto, Home, Business, Commercial and Life

-Upsell products or services to increase revenue

-Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

-Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

-Reviewing Policies with customers to ensure adequate coverage and savings
