Salary Range: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

Base Salary Plus Commission. Entry-level candidates start with a Base Salary of $30,000 plus commissions and potential office quartile bonuses. Experienced candidates start with a Base Salary of $30,000 to $44,000 plus commissions.
With our education and training we have had producers make 6 figures a year.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and be coachable.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Treat each customer contact as a cross sale opportunity including financial products.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Generating insurance quote opportunities on your own.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client and self-generating lists.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing and lead providers.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
Participate in regular team meetings and role play sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
