Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base

- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and patience

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required

- Fluent in English

- Calling potential clients minimum 100 outbound calls a day

- Selling Insurance Products Auto, Home, Business, Commercial and Life

- Writing a minimum of 25 items a month after 90-day probation and training period

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
