We need to fill 2 Customer Service Specialist positions. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn life-changing skills that will serve you well throughout your career.
The option for remote work is available if you currently hold an active insurance license and have insurance experience.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard Time, must be available during those times.

Responsibilities of a Customer Care Representative
answer inbound requests from customer via phone, text, and email to help them with coverages, questions, policy changes, and billing updates.
Manage and organize emails, follow up tasks, and customer outreach
Make outbound calls to customers regarding billing, policy changes, and answering their requests
Act as an advocate for our clients by advising them on potential risk
Recommend tailored insurance coverages specific to each customer
Represent the company in a positive light by always doing what's right for the client
