Requirements
Licensing: Valid Colorado State insurance license required.
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized solutions.In-Person Meetings: Meet with clients in-person to discuss insurance options, address concerns, and finalize policy details.Sales Generation: Actively seek out new clients through various outreach methods and networking events.Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance policies that align with clients' needs and budget.Bilingual Support: Provide assistance to clients in both English and Spanish to ensure clear communication and understanding.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, process policy changes, and handle paperwork efficiently.
