Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, especially within the insurance industry, is strongly desired but not required
Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 insurance license or be willing to obtain one
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Problem-Solving: Ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a calm and efficient manner.
Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance are advantageous.
Location: Must be able to work on-site in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly, offering accurate information and solutions to their insurance needs.
Policy Assistance: Assist in policy updates, ensuring clients understand their coverage and any changes made.
Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer records within our system, ensuring all information is current.
Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the team to help improve service and client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
