Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.

Sales Management: Set and achieve sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, policy issuance, and claim processing.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and compliance requirements.

Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
