Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in

Requirements

Previous P&C insurance service and/or sales experience required. Prefer previous experience with Allstate. Current P&C license required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with insurance service-related questions and issues, following up as needed to completely satisfy the customer. Document conversations, to dos and other items in the Allstate CRM system. Take payments. Advise and update coverages. Engage partners as needed. Support sales as needed. Cross-sell and upsell existing customers. Individual and team reporting.
