The Lyle Group, one of Minnesota's top-performing Allstate agencies, has opened a new office in Monticello and we're building a sales team of elite performers.

We want licensed insurance sales reps who live to compete and hate to lose. If you're the type who thrives under pressure, loves a leaderboard, and has a chip on your shoulder to prove you're the best- keep reading.

Salary Range: $600,000.00 - $800,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must hold a current Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team-oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professionalism: High level of integrity and work ethic.
Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Engaging leads and prospects with confidence and urgency


  • Quoting, presenting, and closing home, auto, marine, ORV, and umbrella policies


  • Crushing individual and team sales goals


  • Earning respect, rewards, and real money for real results
