Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment
  • Warm, service-driven mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support
  • A proactive attitude you're not just taking calls, you're building relationships
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools to support customers
  • Bilingual is a major plus


Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Assist with billing setup, online account access, and communication preferences
  • Help customers enroll in tools like Drivewise and paperless delivery
  • Follow up with clients needing payment assistance or account support
  • Manage inbound calls and serve as the welcoming face of our St. Cloud office
  • Track and update customer interactions in our agency CRM
  • Represent the agency's mission and values in every customer experience
